For Mallard Oil, the RCC Customer Seminar has been a game-changer. “The first time we did seminar was before we implemented MOGO, and we did it virtually,” Jerry recalled. “We never looked at it like this is a TOOL we can use for better customer and employee experience. When we went to seminar, that opened our eyes that there is A LOT here that we didn’t know existed.”
The seminar not only exposed them to new features and functionalities for their software, but it provided them with the opportunity to learn from other customers’ experiences. They came home motivated to explore and implement new tools. “To actually be there at seminar – you’re much more engaged,” Jerry said. ” To see face-to-face the RCC staff is exciting and makes a connection.”
