RCC’s Fuel Distribution System is available with numerous modules so you can customize the software to your fuel business’s unique needs.

Accounting Suite for FDS

The Fuel Distribution System Accounting Suite includes the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, and Payroll. These modules can also be purchased individually.

Modules for FDS fuel management software (à la carte for your convenience)

• Customer Web Services
  One of our most popular modules, Customer Web Services allows customers to view their fuel account, request a delivery, or pay their bill online. The Web Services module saves time and adds convenience for both customers and the fuel company.
• E-Commerce
  Efficiencies are multiplied when users can use email or SMS text to send customers invoices, statements and letters. Save time, money, and trees!
• Dispatch Manager (DM)
  Dispatch Manager allows users to efficiently keep track of their customers that are due for scheduled and call-in delivery request. Deliveries can be organized into efficient routes for your drivers. It also has added capabilities for delivery efficiencies when combined with MOGO and the optimizing map add-on.
• Tank Monitoring with Remote Tank Sensors
  RCC interfaces with many remote tank sensor companies to help fuel delivery companies avoid costly fuel runouts.
• ODBC (Open Database Connectivity)
  With the ODBC module, users can easily export data for report customization in tools such as Word, Excel, Access, and Crystal Reports.
• Third Party General Ledger Interfaces
  In the rare instance that RCC’s Accounting Suite is not ideal, we offer third party General Ledger Interfaces including Quickbooks, Sage, and Microsoft Dynamics GP for your convenience.
• Truck Interfaces
  FDS fuel management software interfaces with RCC’s own MOGO (Mobile Office on the Go) to give you a fully integrated mobile workstation, designed for propane and fuel vehicles! If MOGO is not the ideal choice for a fuel business, FDS also works with other cab mounted and handheld units. Truck interfaces such as those from EZCount, F-RAMS, Mid:Com, and TouchStar are all great tools that will enhance route efficiency.
• RCC Smart Phone App
  The RCC Smart Phone App for Android or iOS is perfect for staff who are frequently out of the office, such as Managers, Drivers, or Fuel Service Techs. It allows quick access to customer information such as account balances, location fuel capacities, fuel delivery pricing and more.
• Third Party Invoice & Statement Printing
  Tired of folding and stuffing your invoices or statements?  RCC integrates with several third party printing companies to do the work for you!
