If you are a client of RCC, you might have noticed some new emails at the beginning of the month with the opportunity to get some free training on key topics regarding RCC software tools. This is for a new webinar series we have created called Building your Business (BYB). There is never a shortage of ideas floating around at RCC, and there is always a story behind each idea.
The idea for the Building your Business webinar came from Freddie’s idea journal. We can only imagine how large this journal is. It started in August because he wanted to get the word out about Service Manager, a tool for work order management. Then, he scheduled another webinar for September to help prepare our users for the winter months with texting and emailing out of RCC. Freddie reached out to Kassi to present the the October webinar regarding Dispatch Manager, and it was a success. This got the gears turning in Freddie’s mind. “I bet we could do this each month,” he said, “focusing on pertinent and timely topics for users.” So he ran it past the leadership team, and after the okay, the webinar team was born! From there, the November topic was budgets and feature switches, hosted by Nancy and Samantha. This month, Tara and Jess will be hosting a month/year end topic for the webinar.

The goals behind the Building your Business webinar series stay true to RCC’s values: focus on our customers. This is the main goal with all of the podcasts, webinars, e-blasts, and newsletters that RCC sends out.

The hope is that customers are excited to receive emails and letters from RCC, and this webinar will be no different. The Building your Business webinar will stay focused on bringing free and accessible training to RCC customers. The webinar focuses on the hottest discussion point for the month and is hosted by the RCC staff member with experience in that topic area. This will provide customers with the opportunity to “ask the expert” and educate users on the tools within your RCC toolbox.
We hope that customers will gain more verse in each topic that is presented. These targeted training webinars will cover seasonal and industry specific topics that are geared toward building efficiency and promoting growth within your business. It won’t just be a sit-and-get kind of webinar. Rather, it will be interactive and offer a consulting edge that will show you how to implement the tool and use it effectively.
The webinars take place around the middle of the month. So, watch your email toward the beginning of each month to find out what the topic will be!
