At RCC, we’re all about our customers. It’s why we do what we do. But recently, we realized something that made us pause – many of our valued customers aren’t quite sure what our annual RCC Customer Seminar is all about. Well, let’s fix that, shall we?
it’s a little bit of everything
First things first: our RCC Customer Seminar isn’t just one thing. It’s education, training, entertainment, networking, a vendor fair, and round table discussions all rolled into one fantastic event. We’ve been hosting this shindig for over 26 years now, and each year, it just keeps getting better!
Meet Team Francy
For the past five years, our dynamic duo Freddie Ridler and Nancy Mathison have been the heart and soul of this event. They’ve even got their own hashtag – #TeamFrancy! These two know how to keep things lively with their catchphrase #makingpropanesexy. (Yes, we really do try to make propane sexy. It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it!)
Our primary goal is to educate our customers, but bringing fun into the equation is crucial. Laughter energizes our event and group!

Why do we do customer seminar?
Simple – it’s all for you, our customers. Our entire RCC family gets involved, from the folks giving the presentations to those holding down the fort in customer service back at headquarters. It’s our chance to connect face-to-face, learn from each other, and have a good time while we’re at it.
More than Just RCC
We’re not the only stars of the show. Our seminar is also a chance for you to meet with vendors whose products work hand-in-hand with our software. They sponsor lunches, host an appreciation event, and showcase their offerings at our Vendor Fair. It’s a great opportunity to get your questions answered and maybe discover some new solutions for your business.
Networking, Learning, and Growing Together
Over the years, our seminar has grown into something truly special. It’s become a highlight of the year for many of us. Whether you’re chatting one-on-one, learning about new products, or swapping stories with other propane providers from across the country (and even internationally!), there’s something for everyone.
