The RCC Cloud
Moving to the RCC Cloud allows staff to work from anywhere with an internet connection and a computer. Staff in the office can continue to look up customer information, schedule deliveries, and print invoices and statements all from the comfort of their home. With the RCC cloud, your data is always secured and backed up as well.
MOGO
With the MOGO (Mobile-on-the-Go) handheld solution, your drivers never even have to enter the office to receive important customer and delivery information. This allows your drivers to remain socially distant from even office staff and limit their exposure and risk of getting sick. When they have completed all of their deliveries they pass all of the completed delivery information back to the office electronically without having to be in contact with any other staff. The MOGO tablets also provide a backup for data lookup in the event of power loss or data breach. The tablets can be used as a lookup tool in order to get basic customer information in the event the back office software is not available for any reason.
Web Services
Web Services, (an optional module for RCC’s Fuel Distribution System) has a couple of benefits for both your office staff and your customers. With web services, customers can look at their account information and pay their bill directly online. With an employee login, your staff can also lookup customer information from home or anywhere an internet source is available.
Smart Phone App
With RCC’s Smartphone App, (an optional module for RCC’s Fuel Distribution System) your drivers and staff can look up customer account information from a google or apple device. All the pertinent account information at the tip of their fingers.
