When the RCC Member Hub launched a year ago, we had a vision: create a central space where our customers could access training, share knowledge, and grow their businesses on their own terms. Today, with over 1075 active users, that vision for customer education has become a thriving reality that’s transforming how fuel and propane businesses interact with RCC.

Behind every successful platform is a dedicated team that brings it to life. At the center of the Member Hub’s success is Nancy Mathison, RCC’s Sales & Communication Executive Assistant, whose dedication to customer education has helped shape the platform into what it is today. From carefully curating training materials to ensuring every piece of content serves a purpose, Nancy’s commitment to customer success exemplifies RCC’s “fuel people helping fuel people” philosophy. Her favorite part about the Member Hub is that it continues to grow. “Every few days, there is a new training or document that is shared and made available as a resource to our customers,” she shares. “Offering a training opportunity that is accessible 24/7 is a sure win.”
This commitment to convenience represents just one way RCC continues to transform customer support. “Nancy has poured her heart and soul into every initiative aimed at keeping our customers ‘in the know’ and engaged with RCC,” shares Jess Balderston, Co-owner of RCC. “From organizing impactful sessions like our monthly webinars to making valuable updates to the Member Hub, Nancy has been at the forefront of making each customer interaction more seamless and enriching.”

The Member Hub has become a centralized platform where RCC customers can access everything they need to maximize their RCC software experience. From software updates and technical guides to the latest podcast episodes, users have all of the essential resources right at their fingertips!
We get it, our customers are BUSY but want to remain updated. That’s why we also included a full library of education content. This includes archived Customer Seminar sessions, MOGO training resources, and monthly webinar recordings. This means our customers can access expert guidance and training materials whenever they need them, ensuring they never miss out on valuable learning opportunities.
