Getting bulk emails delivered, like when you send statements and invoices to customers, can be challenging. Many email providers have restrictions on how many emails you can send per hour, per day, or person. Many people struggle with these limits. RCC can help you get your email forms delivered.
Here are a few means you can use to deliver your statements and invoices electronically to your customers. Each vendor may have their own limits, policies, and guidelines for how you can use their outbound email services.
– Your email provider. (Microsoft 365, Gmail, Hotmail, GoDaddy, etc…). Most of these allow outgoing email with limits. Each has their own policies, so you may contact your email provider to see what limits or restrictions they have in place for out bound email.
– Your internet service provider. (Examples: Charter, CenturyLink, Local telephone company, local cable provider, etc…) Many ISPs (internet service providers) do still maintain outbound email services. Check with your provider to see if you have options available.
– RCC Ecommerce Plus with RCC outgoing email servers. RCC hosts outbound email servers, and we can help you get setup to use those. Contact RCC sales for more info.
– 3rd party statement/invoices services (Classic Plus, Brite, Angus, etc..) There are several companies that help with statement and invoice delivery, both electronic and via Postal mail.
Please contact RCC if you have questions on getting your emails delivered to your customers.
