From our company to yours…
This year, we took our customer seminar to the virtual world. Due to so many unknowns surrounding COVID-19, the seminar team at RCC didn’t feel that an in-person seminar was the right avenue to take this year. While there were certainly a few learning experiences and technical difficulties at the start, there was a lot of great feedback from customers that attended the virtual seminar.
Looking at the Upside and Downside
A few positives included: pre-recorded training sessions meant no interruptions from other users, access to the sessions after the seminar ended, and the ability to have multiple people view the trainings at once. One drawback that a few attendees mentioned was that they missed the industry discussions that always take place at the in-person seminars every year. It’s great to be able to bounce ideas off of each other or hear how other companies might handle a certain situation within the FDS software.
RCC Customer Seminar In-Person & Live Streaming in 2021
Next year, we hope to be hosting the RCC Customer Seminar in-person seminar once again but offer live streaming options for those unable or not wanting to travel, or offer pre-recorded sessions as other options.
We look forward to the day we can all gather in person again!
