Our fuel and propane customers have asked and we are very excited to announce that the RCC Fuel & Propane Customer App is in the works!
With all the changes going on in the workplace, we have been trying to focus on new ways we can help our customers continue to practice social distancing. One of the ways we are doing this is coming up with new opportunities to allow your customers to manage their own account without needing to socially interact with the company’s staff or office.
Your Very Own Fuel & Propane Customer App
We already have our web interface available, but now there will be an app for that! This will be a phone application that your customers can use to do many things they usually do through web inquiry but on their mobile device. This app will be available for both Android and Apple phone users and will show up in Google Play and iTunes App Store as your own custom app. You will even be able to add your own company logo and name to display in the App. This will give your customers the look and feel of an app straight from your company. You will also have the ability to name the app what you want so your customers will easily be able to find it on their phone. The release date for the customer app will be during the holiday season of 2020.
This App Will Allow your Customers To:
View their account balance- Make a payment
- Add a payment method
- Request service and deliveries
- View their tank percentages
