Freddie Ridler and Jes Balderston recently spent a few days at the Northeast Propane Show, catching up with customers, sitting in on educational sessions, and even taking the podcast live.
It was a busy few days and a great chance to spend time with familiar faces from across the propane industry.
Safety and Education Take Center Stage
Safety and education were big topics throughout the show, and Freddie and Jes were sure to attend the seminars around that.
They also caught the keynote featuring Tucker Perkins, President and CEO of the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC). The keynote focused on safety, innovation, and what’s ahead for the propane industry.
Safety and education were among the highlights of the event.
Catching Up With RCC Customers
Of course, you can’t go to a propane show without spending some time on the show floor!
Freddie and Jes caught up with a number of RCC customers at their booth. They also had the chance to reconnect with other friends and familiar faces throughout the show.
And when the show wrapped up for the day, the fun continued at the Ray Murray party.
Through the Leadership Lens Goes Live
A highlight of the trip was taking Through the Leadership Lens live at the Northeast Propane Show.
Freddie and Jes hosted a special conversation with five women from across the propane industry (from left to right):

- Leslie Anderson – Propane Gas Association of New England
- Kim Callen – Eastern Propane & Oil
- Judy Taranovich – Retired, formerly Proctor Gas
- DD Alexander – Global Gas
The live podcast was a hit, and Freddie and Jes had a blast hosting the conversation in front of an audience.
