As businesses change from the traditional in-office environment to more of a virtual environment to adapt to the changes in employee needs, things like printers, filing cabinets, phones, etc. are also changing. More of these everyday items are becoming internet-based applications.
Alternative to Paper & Filing Cabinets
RCC offers alternatives to the traditional printer and filing cabinet method with our imaging/paperless office application, Archive. With Archive, users can easily scan and store files, photos, and important documents which reduce the need for bulky filing cabinets and printers with all the additional costs of paper, toner, etc. This allows the end user to print and scan from any location if they have access to the RCC network.
Let’s say your employee gets sent home with a sick child, but still need to be able to enter tickets, post batches, and print reports; coupled with our Cloud server environment, this is no problem with Archive. Paper jams in the printer could cause you to lose part of a document; again, no problem with Archive.
Customer Hub Convenience
Another convenient feature within RCC’s FDS v10 is that all documents saved within the customer drawer of the Archive program can also be accessed in the imaging tab directly inside the Customer Hub. Need to reprint a statement from last month? Just click on the imaging tab, find the Statements Folder, click on the correct file to either reprint or email another copy to the customer.
Organize your Documents
Archive also allows you the ability to create new cabinets, drawers, and subfolders. As the need continues to rise to find employees, RCC is here to help expand your search radius with the help of both our Cloud-based servers and digital printing/filing options within Archive.
