This certainly rang true at our 27th Annual Customer Seminar!
This year marked our largest gathering of attendees, our most expansive venue, and our biggest Vendor Fair to date, featuring an impressive lineup of 18 Vendors and 3 Media Sponsors. We are incredibly grateful for the continued support and sponsorship from our vendors, whose collaboration and integration with the RCC product have been instrumental to our seminar success.

Quarter 2 ended with a bang this year as we hosted our 27th annual RCC Customer Seminar in San
Antonio, TX, to celebrate our founder, Brian Sheehan, on his retirement! The celebration and education were off the charts for 4 full days. We had two amazing keynote speakers, one of which was Brian himself. He took us through his journey at RCC and then into what he does with Lions International to make the world a better place. It was a moving presentation about the incredible places they have visited and the people they have helped along the way. Brian brought the energy and the compassion that inspired us all to share with others.. and that’s a fact, Jack. 😉
Our second keynote speaker was James Robilotta. He really encouraged our group to dive deep into thinking about our WHY. What do we want to be able to show for our lives after all is said and done? What story are we writing and WHO is holding that pen? James had a way of captivating the audience with these big questions and also giving us a laugh, as he told us about his favorite way to eat pancakes, or how he got the nickname ‘Jimmy Biscuits’ from his in-laws. you’ll have to meet him yourself to hear that story! The last thing we felt was really special during this year’s seminar was our live photo stream. Attendees could take selfies or group pictures and text them to a number that would compile them all into one live stream. We could then display the pictures during breaks and see all the fun that everyone was having! Plus, we have those pictures and memories forever. We highly recommend having this at any event you hold in the future! The streaming service we used is called PhotoStream.live if anyone is interested in using that.
