NEw Teaching STyles
Based on the attendee feedback from last year, we have decided to integrate some new teaching styles into our presentations. Last year, attendees gained a lot of knowledge from the presentation where we mocked up a real life call scenario. Attendees found it useful to see the tools used “in action” in the same ways they would use them back home on the job.
This year, we plan to take that feedback and make the seminar even more interactive! We want to get you involved and experience the tools as you learn. Be prepared, as you may get called to the head of the class to help us demonstrate tools and act out scenarios!
