Within the last few years, the list of new companies that have joined RCC has grown substantially.
With increased growth comes delays with response time when providing support to our established customers. To help reduce the response time, RCC is offering group training sessions this summer for the companies onboarding.
These RCC Summer Onboarding sessions allow our support staff to provide specialized training in different areas within our software to multiple companies at one time.
Weekly Training Continues through September
The training sessions have been running since June and will continue thru September. We will cover all fuel modules weekly, while the General Ledger, Inventory, and Accounts Payable will be focused on once a month. Training will still be provided on an individual basis to those add-on modules outside of our fuel and accounting modules.
