RCC is offering Microsoft’s complete service plan, and an extended hardware service plan for businesses
Extended Hardware Support: Mail your tablet to an Authorized Microsoft service center. Repair or replacement will be determined after examination of your tablet. This process takes about 5-7 business days to complete.
Complete: This is total protection, including accidents (one incident of accident damage is covered). This is still a mail-in service, but has a faster turn around time. Microsoft does not offer an onsite repair option.
