 1. What antivirus is running?

         Disable scanning the RCC folder on the server.

 2. Is XFServer enabled?

3. Is there a backup running?

4. Is the network link running at at LEAST 1Gb?

5. Are windows updates up to date?

6. Are enough system resources free to run normal operations?

7. Is the RCC server running Windows Small Business Server?

8. Check system event viewer for potential problems/errors.

9. Is the current install of windows older than 3 years?

10. Is the hardware older than 4 years?

11. Malware infections

         Please ensure your system is clean to optimize performance.
